Orders are shipped via Ukrposhta within 3 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We carefully pack our ceramic products using protective packaging designed for fragile handmade items.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, postal services, and other external factors beyond our control.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• photos of the damaged item
• photos of the packaging
• a photo of the shipping label

If the damage occurred during shipping, we will offer an appropriate solution, including a similar replacement piece free of charge or another resolution at our discretion.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• if the order has not been shipped
• if the item was damaged during delivery
• in other cases provided by applicable law

Because our products are handmade, slight differences in appearance, texture, glaze, and detail are not considered grounds for refund or return.
